ever since wednesday night my arm & houlder is killing me
musta pulled somethin
so any slightest on that one side = instant pain
took some pills for it
makes it bearable at least
1 every six hours
so at werk i was doing most things with one hand
dressing myself this morning was NOT FUN
booooooooo :(
