blood test yesterday, which meant 12 hrs of no food or water
including coffee! not cool. not having my coffee in the morning sucked
somehow i lasted thru work, then i was off to the lab
im kinda nervous around needles, and the screaming kids wasn't helping
he kept kicking and the nurses couldn't even do the test
turns out, same kid was there two days before, with the same result
so nurse asks me do needles scare me
"a little."
she goes, "what, you are big strong boy!" lol
all the other dads around me would bribe their kids with chocolate
where was MY prize
"albert, i have can of bud lime for you!"
